Welding QA/QC Services

WELDING QA/QC SERVICES

In the global industrial scenario, the fundamental objective of this service is to verify by the companies that the welding operations in manufacturer’s shops and/ or site that all welding operations are executed in accordance with contractual specifications and specified codes and standards (ASME, AWS, API, etc.)

IBureau provides excellent welding witness inspection services to verify that welding has been performed according to most applied welding standards and specifications

IBureau can ensure that welding is carried out by competent individuals, both the Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) and welders must be qualified. WPS defines the welding parameters and procedures, while welders must demonstrate their skills and knowledge through various tests and certifications.

WPS (Welding Procedure Specification), PQR (Procedure Qualification Record), and WPQ (Welder Performance Qualification) are critical documents in welding processes, ensuring that the welding work is performed to specified standards.

Quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) are crucial components of production welding to ensure that the welded products meet the required standards and specifications. This may include working through Inspection and Test Plans

IBureau can ensure WPS/PQR and WPQ are developed and qualified to meet the requirements of the applicable standards and client specifications prior to the commencement of production welding.
