Expediting services refer to a range of activities and processes aimed at accelerating or facilitating the progress of various tasks, projects, or operations. In the context of procurement, manufacturing, construction, and other industries, expediting services play a crucial role in ensuring that timelines are met, potential delays are minimized, and projects are completed efficiently.

Expediting services are performed to evaluate the status of design, document approvals, material availability& suborder status, production status, Inspection schedule, packing& shipping to meet the delivery commitments.

IBureau has trained & experience expeditors physically visits the Supplier/Vendor and will discuss all issues, status and progress verifying that the information collection and necessary actions required are correct. Any disturbances are observed during the visit, will be discussed and recovery plans agreed to ensure delivery schedules.

IBureau have an extensive network of experienced expeditors located close to major manufacturing locations worldwide. The expeditors are selected for individual assignments on the basis of their relative equipment and supplier experience, and their skill in production planning and manufacturing processes.

IBureau experienced expediters not only follow the progress of an order and ensure that all possibilities are considered with a view to improving the proposed delivery date. The work entails Design status, pre-production meetings, the establishment of programmes, control of engineering, sub-orders, and sub-vendors, manufacturing and testing, submission/approval of dispatch documentation, packing & shipping schedule to meet the order delivery commitments without effecting to project close-out. All activities and actions will be reported at the completion of each visit and if required by the Customer.
