Partial Inspection Services: In this the certain number of intermediate inspections and final inspection. Inspections are performed on a particular stage as defined by the customer / client as per the approved ITP.

Complete Inspection Services: In this kind of inspection generally which includes a pre-inspection meeting (PIM), some of intermediate stage inspections, final inspection, and review of vendor data books (Final MDR), to ensure conformity of the product throughout the whole fabrication and
manufacturing processes.

Final Inspection Services: In this inspection which includes a minimum level of inspection at the end of the fabrication processes to ensure conformity of the product before the pre-shipment.List item

Full-time Inspection Services: This is the Resident Inspection Service A full-time inspection service is normally performed whenever a client requires an Inspector to resident or on a full-time basis for a given period of time at the manufacturer workshop. The full-time inspection services allow our inspectors to monitor all the production process and verify all the inspection activities as defined by the customer / client as per the ITP requirements.

Minimum requirements of inspectors working with IBureau
Inspectors qualifications and certifications are

Technical Degree in Mechanical or Electrical subjects

Minimum 10years (which includes 5 years in manufacturing/workshop experience and 5 years in third party experience) in relevant specific discipline

Fluent English language written and spoken.

NDE II level (MT, PT, RT, UT, VT)

WELDING CERTIFICATE (CSWIP 3.1/3.2, AWS, EWS, IWI, IWS or equivalent internationally recognized)

FROSIO and/or NACE qualification

ATEX / COMPEX certification (or equivalent Hazardous area certification)

ASME U stamp certification

End User approval (like ARAMCO)
